Responsibilities:
Synergy Ltd is an organisation dedicated to helping people and companies grow and develop. My responsibilities are to uphold the brand and be 100% coherent with our Mission "Adding value every step of the way", I recruited, developed trained and managed every single one of our 62 Coaches seeing that they sustain and surpass our ethical, professional and training standards, as well as develop my own. I actively lobbied for regulation in the EU and in the UK for the Coaching and training industries as well as the WTD (Working Time Directive).
As the Managing Director, my main responsibilities included but were not limited to establish and maintain clear communication channels with every coach and client, see that all negotiations and decisions were made in accordance to our code of conduct and our Mission, and to make sure that whatever project which was taken on began with a clear vision of its end, we always begin with the end result in mind.
As the founding Coach, my responsibilities included but were not limited to coaching our coaches, Celebrities, Peak Performers such as sports personalities top musicians and high net worth individuals. I was also in charge of giving seminars and workshops on Peak Performance, Motivation, Coaching, Study Habits, Sales, Negotiation, Relationship Building and Behavioural Profiling & Deceit Detection.
Achievements:
- I was published and recognised as an International Authority in the fields of Coaching, Motivation, Peak Performance and Mind mapping.
- Successfully developed and implemented training and development programs, strategies, workshops and seminars for sales and recruitment professionals for USA, Belgium, Mexico and EU based companies, also achieving a Fellowship of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
- I grew a business to a 62-coach operation with presence in 4 countries across 2 continents, an online training system and a secure client coaching progress and accountability tracking system second to none.
- I have developed a great deal of mental and accountability tools and strategies using a combination of NAC (Neuro Associative Conditioning), Deceit Detection & Behavioural Profiling, Mind mapping, Business Process Improvement, Business Acumen, Common Sense and Human Nature.
Some of the projects and contracts I personally managed:
- Volvo (Volvo Truck Action Service) in Gent, Belgium. My project involved Spain, Portugal, UK, Benelux and France.
- PC World Business (PC City here in Spain) Based in London I designed, setup and ran the B2B operations at the Slough PCWB location. This included training, managing and recruiting sales and customer service representatives. I co-project managed this with the regional manager. I was also in charge of the B2B teams which we outsourced for the service know a RITM (Remote I.T. Management). As this was a new project, I had to lead change and integrate our resources including human capital, databases and even space allocations, budgets, equipment and phone lines.
- MIC & London International Television. Based in Chelsea, London, I recruited the luxury and lifestyle corporate advertising sales team and trained TV advertising sales executives selling advertising space into the following channels:
- Star TV Asia
- Euro News
- BBC America
- MTS (Managed Technical Solutions) I took on two projects whilst contracted at MTS. One for the Ministry of Defence and the other for Network Rail and the National Rail Authority. My contract was to develop a recruitment team for these two projects, this included but was not limited to:
Recruiting consultants
- Training consultants in sales and customer service
- Project Management of Outsourced resources to both Network Rail and the MoD
- Change Management including chairing change management meetings at Network Rail
- Setting up onsite incoming contact centers for large projects
- Responding to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs
- Negotiating commercial terms and conditions as well as SLAs and compensation events
- Blue Arrow (Recruitment company). Out of its Hounslow, UK office, I had the responsibility to train and develop the rail recruitment team in phone sales, customer service, negotiation and closing sales and contracts as well as WTD (Working Time Directive) and other legal and financial implications of the recruitment process. Develop client networks and negotiate with clients, vendors and other business partners.
- Taylor Associates (Recruitment company). Based out of Reigate, UK, I was in charge of creating the rail recruitment team as well as of assisting in the development of the MoD (Ministry of Defense) team. Almost all the work for the contracts and clients taken on by Taylor Associates was phone, mail and internet based with very little face to face contact with clients with the exception of key negotiations which I took on personally and on a face to face basis.
- DSG PLC (Dixons Group PLC). I developed a robust retail sales and customer service reporting system together with the store managers and customer service managers. I also developed a reporting system for the Slough B2B contact centre.
- I have also given sales, negotiation, customer service, coaching and business tracking (reporting and report analysis) training to companies and individuals in Mexico, England, USA, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Spain and Sri Lanka
- My project management experience is ample as is my change management experience. I have excellent team management and leadership skills and I am a professional trainer and coach.
